  • MURLI MENON: PRESIDENT AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Murli Menon is the Founder and Director of Impact International, which is involved in leadership training, church planting, ministries to needy children, and raising funds for, and implementing many humanitarian projects in his home country of India. His latest project includes development of the Southeast Asia Institute for Leadership and Cultural Studies located in Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu State). The Institute offers a three-year educational program leading to a Bachelors of Theology degree with an emphasis on missions.

    j. l. williams is the Founder and former CEO of New Directions International (NDI), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) Christian organization that began in 1968 in Burlington, NC. Today, New Directions International, now based in Graham, NC, concentrates on the training and support of Christian pastors and laymen in some of the most remote and needy areas of the world. Several years ago Dr. Williams “passed the baton” of leadership to his son, Joseph, who is the current CEO of New Directions. Dr. Williams continues a busy domestic and international travel and ministry schedule as the Professor-at-Large and Director of the School of World Missions at the Carolina Evangelical Divinity School in Greensboro, NC.

  • dr. james seymour: board member

    dr. james Seymour is the Executive Director of ARKS and serves as the Senior Pastor of North Haven Church in Raleigh, NC. He has an extensive ministry background over the last thirty years having spent sixteen years as a missionary. He first served as a missionary in Bethel, Alaska and then spent 12 years in Zimbabwe, Africa. Since1996 he has been the Head of the Department of Religion and Philosophy at Saint Augustine’s College in Raleigh. Dr. Seymour is also a Christian Counselor and charter member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Dr. Seymour has dedicated his entire adult life to cross cultural and interracial ministry with a focus on dismantling the walls of separation and misunderstanding in our nation and around the world.

  • joe farrell: chairman of the board

    joe farrell is the CEO and Co-Founder of Winston Joseph LLC, which specializes in strategic consulting, IT professional services, and IT deployment in the retail and financial industries worldwide. In addition, Mr. Farrell is the Co-Founder of the Winston Joseph Foundation and the Farrell Foundation. These privately funded charitable giving organizations are dedicated to serving the poor, widows, and orphans all over the world. The foundations also focus on relief for victims of catastrophic events as a result of weather, war, or drought primarily in East Africa, India, and Asia.
